We saw an opportunity to provide programming to an audience who was being left behind and priced out. So, our mission at Frndly TV is to provide you, our customer, with feel good programming and friendly service, and an even friendlier price.

What is the difference between Frndly TV and Hallmark Movies Now?

Frndly TV offers the most recent live and On Demand content from Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Drama. Hallmark Movies Now offers popular older movies, series and specials from Hallmark Channel, in addition to the Hallmark Hall of Fame library. There is no overlap in programming. In fact, Hallmark Movies Now is a great complement to Frndly TV!

Does Frndly TV have ads?

Yes, we are a live TV service and most live network programming will contain ads.

Are shows available On Demand?

Yes, many networks make recent episodes of shows, movies and more available On Demand.

What if I want to cancel?

No problem. Cancel anytime. There are no fees for cancelling and you can reactivate whenever you like.

Can I watch Frndly TV while traveling?

Yes! Frndly TV is accessible via web browser on your mobile device, tablet or laptop anywhere in the U.S.

How many screens can I watch at the same time?

Depending on your plan, you can watch on up to 4 screens at the same time.

Is DVR available with Frndly TV?

Yes and there is no hardware needed with our cloud DVR. You can record as many programs as you want at the same time, without ever running out of storage space. Depending on your selected plan, you can keep those recordings for 3 or 9 months.

What do I need to watch Frndly TV?

You will need to create a Frndly TV account and have access to an internet-connected device (see above).
