Singer, songwriter, dancer and actress Mýa, whom you may remember from the musical movie Chicago or from the hit Lady Marmalade from the musical movie Moulin Rouge, will star in a new movie on Lifetime® called My Favorite Christmas Melody.
Rainbow Sun Francks who played Lt. Aiden Ford on Stargate: Atlantis also stars in My Favorite Christmas Melody that follows Abby, played by Mýa, once a promising singer-songwriter, but now finds herself writing uninspired jingles for commercials. As she heads home for the holidays, she’s enlisted by the local high school music teacher to help save the school arts program. In the process, Abby rediscovers her voice and regains the confidence to go after her dreams and lets the possibility of love in too.
My Favorite Christmas Melody will premiere on Sunday, December 5 at 8pm ET on Lifetime®.
