Kat Landry (Chyler Leigh) and her daughter Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) return to their small Canadian farm town of Port Haven after receiving an unexpected letter from Kat's mother Del (Andie MacDowell). However, the reunion is not exactly what Kat had hoped for, and the three women must work to find their footing as a family. Along the way, they embark on a surprising and enlightening journey through time that helps them learn how to find their way back to each other.
